I have a question, when I press M-2, I cannot buy virus grenades. It shows (1/1) but I can't find my virus grenade. Then I couldn't buy it every turn. Why is this so?

You don’t understand, zombies have 1 grenade for all players for 1 round, whoever bought the first grenade will no longer be available in this round
